IMPORTANT: There are various limitations with compatibility between FileMaker Server and FileMaker Pro. Please review the compatibility chart above or give us a call to discuss it.

- FileMaker Pro versions 14 - 16 when connecting to a server running FileMaker Server 14
- FileMaker Go available for FileMaker 14 users

Hosting Support
Productive Computing’s hosting staff works Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) and are available during these hours to address questions and issues. Occasionally, you may need to leave a message and we'll get the request done the same business day or by the next business day.
For hosting emergencies outside of normal business hours, please call 760-510-1200 and you will be forwarded to the hosting engineer on call. There may be a delayed response, but the hosting engineer will troubleshoot the system as soon as possible.
Backups
Our hosting plans provide for multiple backups to keep your data safe in case you accidentally remove crucial data or in the unlikely event of a main hard drive catastrophe.
- Twice daily backups are completed at 1:00 AM and 12:30 PM and stored to a separate drive other than the main hard drive.
- We keep daily backups for one (1) week and monthly backups for six (6) months.
- A compressed copy of the backup file can be sent to you upon request.
- Depending upon the FileMaker Server version the cloud backups may be stored with Dropbox or Sync.

If you would like access to manage your databases through FileMaker Admin Console, please email our office and we can set up an Administrator Group for you.
