FileMaker Plug-In Definition: A FileMaker plug-in is a FileMaker developer tool that provides FileMaker Pro with additional functions to simplify complex calculations, connect to 3rd party applications such as Outlook, QuickBooks, etc and also act as a conduit between a FileMaker database and hardware devices.
