This complete invoicing and payment module can be added on to any FileMaker® Pro database system or purchased as an optional add-on module for Core² CRM. It is completely preprogrammed to be tightly integrated with QuickBooks® using our FM Books connector plug-in. Plus it is 100% customizable so you can modify it to fit your specific business needs.

QuickBooks Integration:
The easy push button maintenance process assists you in importing and refreshing your customer list, invoice history, payment history, chart of accounts, payment methods, sales reps, payment terms, shipping methods, customer messages, and invoice items. Smart QuickBooks logic identifies which transactions are already in QuickBooks vs. ones that are not. By integrating with QuickBooks you can greatly reduce processing time and eliminate double entry. Please note integration with QuickBooks is available only on the Windows platform.

To exchange data with either Microsoft Outlook or Entourage, QuickBooks or Apple Address Book, you will need to purchase plug-ins. Plug-ins act as a conduit between Core2 CRM and these other applications. Please visit our Plug-in page for more information on these products.
