Q: Does Outlook Manipulator work with Microsoft Exchange Server?
All versions of the Outlook/Exchange Manipulators are compatible with Exchange Server and have access to at least the users default Mailbox. The Exchange Client Manipulator has the added capability of accessing Public and Shared Folders on the Exchange Server. The Exchange Manipulator has the benefit of accessing any Exchange Mailbox available. Please see specific product documentation available in the demos for more details.
Q: Can Outlook Manipulator be used to continuously sync between an Outlook contact folder and FileMaker Pro?
Although you can program a synching routine with our plug-in, it is not designed to be a Real-Time syncing connection. It works best when you program a script for periodic updates or syncs. We recommend using Activator, ScriptFire or Windows Task Manager to trigger your scripts.

We offer two options should you need additional assistance with script writing, plug-in integration or want training on the best integration method. The first option is PAID Technical Support which is at our standard hourly rate BUT is billed by the minute.
