Help Forum Users:

I'm doing a find and then export to create a mailing list for import into mail chimp for campaigns.

When I select the records (based on keyword), and I set up the export, I just want the first name, last name, keywords, and email address to be part of the exported file.

What field do I select to have the email address only?  If I select the INADR field, I get the emails, I get the web address, etc.  I then have to wade through all of those extraneous line items and manually delete them from the file.

I need to have the keywords listed, as I have a keyword called NOMAIL which signifies that they do not want to receive email blasts.
