Reassigning Order and Updating Order After Assigning a Captain


Dispatching an order to a captain is as easy as selecting his/her name in the field “Assign a Captain”. Try to ensure that you do not assign a captain until you have entered all the desired data into the order.

If you wish to update/reassign an order after a captain has received it:
1.   Go to the Overall Status field and reset the status from Rec’d and Unsigned to Pending.
2.   This will allow you to edit and reassign the order to another captain or the same captain.

If you wish to update an order before a captain has received it:
1.   Continue inputting the information you desire.
2.   Once ready, simply select the captain’s name again.
