Registration Error

The demo expired so I downloaded a new copy and I get the following error.

-10 Either your Demonstration period has expired or your certificate cannot be found.Please purchase a license to continue use or contact Productive Computing.

I have tried uninstalling filemaker and reinstalling and get the same error.

I am using Windows 7 with FMPA 14.04

We can extend your demo for another 14 days. Please let us know the exact name of your computer (Computer name) and the plug-in you are using, and we'll extend your demo.
