Extremely frustrating registration process

If I can't get your Outlook Manipulator for Mac working, please refund my money. I purchased a license for Outlook Manipulator for Mac, but your program won't allow me to enter the license ID. I successfully installed the plugin twice, but each time I restart Filemaker Pro, the splash screen comes up and says this "plugin is unregistered" Please purchase a license. And then the splash screen disappears..so I CANT enter the license ID. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. And I work Monday through Friday and can't call or get support during your office hours.

OK...I think I may have figured out the problem...besides a lack of sleep. It's user error. It helps to read the instructions....Sorry.
