I have a process that uses "PCFM FolderMove" to move a folder from one location to another.
If someone has one of the files open in the folder, an error message "This action cant be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program." is displayed and the folder is not moved. See attached.

How do I check that the folder can be moved (folder and files are not opened) before calling PCFM FolderMove and getting this error?
I'd like to check at the beginning of the process so I can let the user know and stop the process.

Thanks for the help.

The plug-in is not able to check the "status" of a file within a folder (i.e., in use vs. not in use), so currently it isn't possible to "validate" a folder before it can be safely moved via the plug-in (avoiding the "Folder in use" error). Should this feature ever be added to a future version of the plug-in, we'll be sure to announce it.
