iCloud Support screwed up?
« on: October 13, 2014, 06:22:09 PM »
I have been using this plugin successfully for over a year, but just yesterday transitioned from an outside vendor hosting my CalDav server, to using iCloud's calendars.

The import of all the old data into iCloud went smoothly, and the iCloud Calendar does sync new events between my iPad and 10.8 Mac.

And, the productive computing plugin will see any of old calendar events. But, any time I create new ones, either on the iPad or on the Mac, they do not get returned in the search results.

Therefore, Apple has changed something within iCloud so that old records are added to the local data set, but new records are not. Either way, the Plugin will not see these new records or load them. Only records imported from the old calendar are successfully retrieved.

Ideas? Solutions?

I'd like to take a look at your setup and do some plug-in testing via a Go To Meeting screen share session.

Please call our office and ask for me. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, Pacific Standard Time.
