push Customer Payment with no line items

Is it possible to push a Customer Payment with no line items (for when a customer has over-paid and we have not yet applied it to an invoice or refunded it.)

When we try it, we are getting an error:

CODE: -1000
SEVERITY: failed validation
MESSAGE: Error at /ReceivePaymentAdd
Reason:   Content for element 'ReceivePaymentAdd' is incomplete according to the DTD/Schema.
Expecting: CreditCardTxnInfo, ExternalGUID, IsAutoApply, AppliedToTxnAdd.

Yes, it's possible. Passing the IsAutoApply element with a value of false should resolve the issue.
