Hi, We are importing quotes from our website in Core3 and need a way to programmatically add an alert for the user/sales person the quote is destined for. Any ideas how that could be done?

Thanks in advance

You can create a script to run after the import to send an email to the user or create an event/reminder on that user's calendar for notification.

The problem is wanting to create the diary event automatically without user intervention

Thanks

It's possible to do. As mentioned previously, you can create a script trigger to run after a quote is created to create an event/reminder on the salesperson's calendar or even send an email to them as a notification.
