CustomerQuery that includes "isActive"
« on: May 03, 2013, 01:57:28 PM »
I am trying to get active status of the customer that I am querying.

I do the standard PCQB_RqNew("CustomerQuery"; ""  )
I get all of the "reguired" tags back

But the resulting XML does not include the "IsActive" tag for me to grab, but the Quickbooks SDK shows that it should return it. Only difference I see that this is an "optional" tag, what do I have to do to get that tag to show up in my xml result. Thank you!

            <Name>John Doee</Name>
            <FullName>John Doee</FullName>
IS ACTIVE SHOULD BE IN THIS LINE
               <Addr1>7429 xxx</Addr1>

The Online Editions of QuickBooks do not have an "IsActive" element. When looking at the QuickBooks SDK online, be sure to click the "OE" checkbox--depending on which tab you select, checking that box will either filter out the non-OE elements or tag the OE elements with "ONLINE" in the Implementation column.

ARG! I was going crazy! Thank you for that!  So there in now way of telling which customer is active and which one is deleted? That sucks.....
