Last Posted incorrectly. I know my Quickbooks has "Ordinary Expenses" because the filter works in QBs Custom Detailed Report. The following is what return no records.

PCQB_ZExecute( "" ;

What is returned is:
MESSAGE: A query request did not find a matching object in QuickBooks

It returns data with using CostOfSales and a bunch more but not expense AccountTypes. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Are there any restrictions on the User account you're using in QB? If so, try it with a full access account and see if that works. Random thought: Is the Company on a Cash or Accrual basis?
