QuickBooks Enterprise Issue

Newer versions of QuickBooks Enterprise (11 and higher) allow a user to open a second company file. When FMP Begins a Session with a QB file and a second QB file is opened via the QB interface, the FM Books Connector plug-in's interaction with QB becomes unreliable and the Results it returns may be incorrect. Once a problem occurs, closing the second file does not restore reliability.

I did not do exhaustive testing of the conditions that led to unreliable Results, but suspect there may be no problem if no FMP/QB interaction takes place while the second QB file is open.

Bottom Line: Be aware that opening a second QB file may cause a problem with FMP/QB interaction.

I have tried to reinstall QuickBooks but it did not seem to solve my problem. I can use QB but if i leave it alone for about 10 minutes or so it stops responding. this started after I installed the R8 update. So what can I do now?
