Unable To Save Record Error for Contacts Please Help

I have created a script to send a contact record in a portal to Outlook 2010. When running the script on my clients computer I get an "Unable To Save Record" error but when I run the SAME SCRIPT on my test system it works just fine. The only different is that my client is running Outlook on Exchange and I am not. What could be causing this problem and how to fix it. I am starting to loose my patience trying to get this darn thing to work.
