Moving a registration

If you would like to move a plug-in from one machine to another currently there is not a method for you to de-activate your machines without our assistance. Please let us know if you need to de-activate any machines or purchase additional licenses. To request to have a machine deactivated so you can register a new one please send an email to "support@productivecomputing.com" with the name of the machine you would like to deactivate. On Windows the machine name can be found by right clicking on “My Computer” selecting “Properties” and navigating to the “Computer Name” tab.On a Mac the machine name can be found in “System Preferences” under “Sharing.”
