Title: How do you "unregister" the plugin

As sysadmin I installed the plug-in to become knowledgeable to help users.  Now I need to unregister it on my copy of FileMaker to free up the license for a user.  I tried re-registering it, this time as a DEMO, but I still am hitting our 5 user license ceiling on a new user install.  What do I have to do to free up the license used on my computer?

You can manage your licenses via the License Manager under the "Support" tab on our main website. Here is a direct link to the manager: http://www.productivecomputing.com/licenseManager.php

If you are using an older version of the plug-in that does not give you a License Management option please contact Tech Support: http://mail.productivecomputing.com:14220/LiveSupport

Which version was the license manager introduced? I need to do this with Version 3, I've just submitted a support ticket. The previous employee has left and rendered the license useless.

Just thought I'd follow this up for completeness.

After an initial moment of no information left by a previous employee I contacted the support department who were were super helpful. They replied in under 48hrs, even though we are in completely different timezones, and I finish work as they start.

Now, when we log in with the email we bought the licenses on, we see all our licenses in our account from V3 to V5. We also can see which computers they are registered on, and whether there are any seats left. V5 licenses can be deallocated at will, which is just awesome.

If you try logging in to the main website (retrieving your password if required) go to Support->Manage Your Registrations, as per Kevin's post.
