QuickBooks integration now available in FM Work Orders!

San Diego, CA – December 16, 2011 – Productive Computing, Inc., a Platinum member of the FileMaker Business Alliance, is proud to announce the release of Version 1.1.0.0 of our FM Work Orders solution! FM Work Orders is a cross-platform solution which allows an office dispatcher to send out electronic work order requests from their computer to technicians in the field using FileMaker Go for the iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch. Technicians can easily update work order information while on site, digitally capture a customer’s signature and transmit the completed work order back to the office. New to this version is an optional integration with QuickBooks which provides an easy way for dispatchers to bill out completed work orders.

Optional QuickBooks integration including the following features using the FM Books Connector plug-in (plug-in sold separately):
– Bi-directional data exchange of customer information
– Unidirectional pull of items from QuickBooks into FM Work Orders
– Bi-directional push or pull of invoice information between QuickBooks and FM Work Orders
